I'm Benjamin—a chef with over 25 years of experience spanning three-Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels and casinos, sports venues, culinary education, and food tech startups. I hold a Bachelor’s in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Le Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu, and am a Certified Chef de Cuisine from the Culinary Institute of America. I currently lead culinary development for Green Chef and EveryPlate.
